The Coca Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (HBC) is now taking applications for its 2025 Technical Trainee Programin Nigeria. This program gives young Nigerians a chance to learn on the job, gain real experience in Coca Cola factories, and possibly get a job after the training.

What is the Coca Cola Technical Trainee Program?

This is an 18-month training program where you’ll work and learn in Coca Cola’s production areas.

• The first 12 months will be at the Coca Cola office in Lagos.

• The next 6 months will be in different Coca Cola plants around Nigeria.

During the training, you’ll learn useful skills like:

• How bottling machines work

• Mechatronics (mix of mechanics and electronics)

• Process control and automation

• Welding and machine operations

• Quality control

• Maintenance and repair of machines
