Benin, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Senegal, Togo, São Tomé and Príncipe, and Saint Helena. -
Have lived in one or more of these countries for at least 5 years in the last 10 years.

Be between the ages of 18–24 (some older students may apply if they are studying medicine, law, or finished school later).

Have a first-class degree or top grades from your university.

Be ready to study at Oxford and have leadership qualities.
