Position: Real Estate Marketer
Location: Lekki, Ajah
Full time (Monday – Friday)
Job Summary:
The marketer will be responsible for marketing, advertising and the
promotional activities of the company and must be able to take steps to
measure, enhance, and enrich the position and goals of the company
through various goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
– Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and
participation in multiple listing services.
– Lead a team of financial sales team to achieve sales goals.
– Plan and implement sales strategy in line with business objective to
meet sales quota.
– Source for new customer while maintaining the old ones
Candidate
Requirements:
– Education: HND/BSc/MSc in Marketing, Banking and Finance or
any Business-related program.
– Experience: Minimum four (4) years relevance work experience is compulsory.
Skills:
– Ability to negotiate with prospect and
maintain relationships.
– Good communication and corresponding skill.
– Possess good leadership skill.
– Must be resident in Lekki and Ajah environ.
Remuneration: Attractive Salary + commission
