Job Title: Customer Support Representative
Locations: Ilorin, Asaba, Enugu, Calabar, Sokoto, and Nasarawa
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦60,000–₦70,000 monthly (approximately $40–$47)
Job Summary:
As a Customer Support Representative at OPay, you’ll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via telephone, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer calls and provide effective solutions.
- Document call information according to standard procedures.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
- Follow up with customers when necessary.
- Report service failures and product-related issues to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in Mass Communication or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working efficiently.
