About the Dangote Graduate Trainee Program

Dangote Cement Plc has started accepting applications for its 2025 Graduate Trainee Support Services Program. It’s a Knowledge Transfer Programme where young graduates will learn, grow, and get real experience in different areas of the company.

Who Can Apply? (Eligibility)

To apply, you must:

• Have a Degree or HND in Social Sciences, Humanities, Business Admin, Law, or IT

• Have at least Second-Class Lower (2:2) or Upper Credit for HND holders

• Have graduated between 2022 and 2024

• Complete NYSC before October 2025

• Be 28 years old or younger by October 31, 2025

• Speak and write well in English

• Know how to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Be a good thinker, love to learn, and enjoy solving problems

• Be ready to work hard and always improve
