Job Summary:

As a Customer Support Representative at OPay, you’ll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via telephone, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming customer calls and provide effective solutions.
  • Document call information according to standard procedures.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Follow up with customers when necessary.

Requirements:
