This internship helps students learn more about international trade, get work experience in a global organization, and receive training and support from experts. Plus, you’ll get paid CHF 1,800 (around $2,000) every month!
About the WTO Internship
The WTO Internship Programme is for students who are doing their postgraduate studies (like master’s or PhD) and come from countries that are part of the WTO or are trying to join. The internship takes place at the WTO headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.
There are three types of internships:

WTO Internship Programme – for students from WTO member countries or those negotiating to join.

China LDC and Accessions Programme – for students from Least Developed Countries.

WTO Support Programme for Doctoral Studies – for students doing their PhDs.
You can be placed in different departments such as:

Who Can Apply?
To be accepted for this internship, you must:

Come from a WTO member country or a country applying to join.

Have completed a university degree and be doing a postgraduate program (Master’s or PhD).

Be between 21 and 30 years old at the time of the internship.
Internship Duration and Benefits

You can work at the WTO for up to 6 months.

You’ll get CHF 60 per day, even on weekends and public holidays.

You’ll also receive free medical insurance during your stay.
